We Lift Orlando

Lifting Orlando Together

Every day, hardworking families in Orlando’s 32805 neighborhood are striving for better lives, but barriers like unstable housing, limited childcare, and under-resourced schools can keep them stuck. Lift Orlando exists to change that—bringing together affordable housing, high-quality early learning, strong schools, and wraparound support so children and families can truly thrive.

Saleema’s journey shows what’s possible. After a painful divorce, she was raising two young children alone and facing the same challenges she grew up with. Through Lift Orlando’s network of partners, she found a safe, affordable home at Pendana at West Lakes, enrolled her daughter in the AdventHealth West Lakes Early Learning Center, and saw her son flourish at his neighborhood school. Today, Saleema owns her home in 32805, her children are thriving at West Lakes Early Learning Center and Orange Center Elementary, and she’s giving back to the community that helped her rebuild.

Her story is proof that when love leads, opportunity grows—and when we lift as one, We Lift Orlando. But more families are still waiting for that chance.

A year-end gift by December 31 helps:

> Open doors to classrooms where children are ready to succeed,

> Provide wraparound supports that keep families housed and financially stable, and

> Strengthen schools and neighborhoods for the next generation.

Give by December 31 to help create brighter futures for families like Saleema’s.
